Top 3 Essential Oils for Allergies and Give a way

That beautiful time of year is just around the corner when the beautiful buds are blooming, the birds are chirping, the grass begins to get green, we begin planting gardens and many are cursing, sneezing and itching.

Seasonal allergies are miserable! Over 60 million people are affected by allergic rhinitis, also known as seasonal allergies and that number keeps growing every year. I was a long time user of Benadryl, Claritin and whatever else I could swallow for allergies. That was until I decided to make the change to a more natural approach, and long term solution.

In fact, I no longer have seasonal allergies. Unlike synthetic medication where it's normal for the dosage to go up over time. What I've found is with essential oils the dosage goes down and more often than not, you no longer need it. Hurray!   Here's my Top 3 Essential Oils For Allergies:

Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint essential oils can create a powerful all-natural antihistamine. These three oils together can cool down body inflammation resulting from the body’s allergic response. And I can attest, they are miracle workers. Once you combine those 3 oils, they begin to work their magic and you have a wonderful substitution to those synthetic drugs that your body doesn't like to process.
