Seasonal allergies are miserable! Over 60 million people are affected by allergic rhinitis, also known as seasonal allergies and that number keeps growing every year. I was a long time user of Benadryl, Claritin and whatever else I could swallow for allergies. That was until I decided to make the change to a more natural approach, and long term solution.

3 Ways to Use My Top 3 Essential Oils For Allergies:
1 - Add 3 drops each to shot glass of juice or water, swish 10-20 seconds in the mouth and swallow.*
2 - Add 5 drops each to an empty veggie capsule (available at health food store)
3 - Add 1 drop each to a spoonful of local honey for children. For adults you can do 2-3 drops each.*
*Only take internally if your oils are completely pure. If your oils are not completely pure, rub on the bottoms of your feet and cover with a sock.
