Essential oils usually come in dark, amber bottles. These help protect them from the sun and can best be stored in these bottles.
Avoid Heat, especially for long periods of time.
Keep them in a dry place.
Oxygen can break down the oils. If you only have a little bit left in your bottle, consider transferring it to a smaller bottle or add a carrier oil to protect the oil from oxidation.
