Here are a few other ways you can take essential oils internally:
- Place drops under your tongue
- Place them in a veggie cap and take it
- Place a few drops in food or drink
For adults, 1-5 drops about every 1-2 hours
is a good amount to take. Use less for children, depending on age. Try to not take more than 25 drops total in any given day.
