With summer comes an increased amount of time in the sun! Even with all the precautions we might take, here are some great tips for after coming indoors:
Drink a large glass of water, with or without a drop of essential oil added. This will help to flush and rehydrate your body! Make it a habit to drink fresh pure water, after every activity. Adding a drop of lemon or wild orange can be very refreshing.
You can also apply the following After Sun Spray that I talk about in the video below. It is great for supporting the skin and keeping it hydrated.
To create your own spray, Add:
20 drops of Lavender
20 drops of Melaleuca
10 drops of Frankincense
Fill the rest of the spray bottle with coconut oil and shake.
