Getting a little tired of winter fog?
I don't know about where you live, but here in Utah, we have had a lot of cloudy, snowy, rainy days and in between those, a lot of fog or smog or something that just hangs in the air and leaves everything feeling a little thick and soupy.
January can kind of be known for those types of days and while the moisture is good to get, sometimes I need something to just lift my mood and get the gunk out of my head!
So, I have some fun, cheery diffuser blends to help you lift your mood and feel great! Simply add one of these recipes to your diffuser and you'll be enjoying a lighter feeling before you know it!
What if I don't have a diffuser?
No problem, you can still enjoy the effects of these blends, by placing a drop of each on your hand, rub together, cup over your nose and inhale.
Another quick and easy hack if you don't have a diffuser is to create your own room spray. Mix the blends of oils (about 5 drops each) in a glass spray bottle, fill with water, shake and spray. You'll want to spray often, but it can be a great way to enjoy the benefits of essential oils no matter where you are or no matter what tools you may not have.
