Depression is something have probably had to deal with at one point or another. It could be something that was occasional or chronic. It affects the way you feel, the way you think about things and the way you act.
Depression is more than just a mood disorder. It can come with physical symptoms, as well as emotional ones. It is also very common for other symptoms to accompany those feelings of sadness and overwhelm. You may find yourself feeling restless, anxious or even have a difficult time falling or staying asleep.
